With this unit, Osmium Pte. Ltd. aims to help employers, especially small retailers to evaluate employability issues as well as contribute to the development of a lifelong learning organisation that can operate in the knowledge-based economy and adapt to change and diversity by:
- Evaluating the implications of current issues and trends and adopt suitable approaches and strategies for the organisation to adapt to change.
- Establishing and evaluating organisations’ learning systems and infrastructure.
