Learning Objectives

  • Understand the characteristics and recognise the responsibilities of a leader while identifying methods to operationalise the organisations’ vision, mission, and values.
  • Learn how to promote a customer centric environment to influence team to achieve service excellence and analyse the techniques and method required.
