This module equips learners with the necessary knowledge and skill to recognize social media marketing opportunities, to plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns on social media platforms and run effective advertisements campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Facebook Ads while monitoring Social Media Marketing performance ROI metrics.

  • Assess the potential of social media marketing and select the right Social Media Marketing channels in accordance with organisational policies and direction.
  • Analyse in-depth customer personas and use it to develop a Social Media Marketing Campaign.
